Running the Gary Does Solar YouTube channel, I regularly get requests for help, and I completely understand why. The market is a real minefield, and it’s far too easy to choose the wrong solar and battery equipment or end up regretting the installer you sign up with.
Over the past year, I’ve been able to help many of you directly through Chat with Gary sessions. However, my growing commitments to the channel and my wider work in solar and related technologies now leave me with far less time than before.
That said, I still want to remain available for those who really need personalised guidance. To do this without affecting the quality of the free content I create for the wider audience, Chat with Gary will continue to be available as a service, but with pricing that reflects the limited number of sessions I can realistically offer each month.
Sessions are normally video calls, but if you’d prefer an audio-only call, just let me know. During the session we’ll discuss your specific situation and plans. While I won’t advise you what to do, I will openly share what I would do in your position so you can make a better-informed decision.
